I am so excited to reveal that the baddest woman in the entire entertainment industry does the following to get her amazing legs.
To get a tour-worthy body–one that can handle singing and dancing at the same time–the star works out five days a week with her trainer. Those workouts include 100 squats, step-ups and walking lunges (each!).

What do you lot think of Bee’s exercise regime for her legs? I know B is a celebrity and it is her job to look like that, but I am going to make an effort to implement her regime for her leg exercises into my routine.
I have fallen off the wagon a bit but I do want to get toned legs so I will be working hard at this for the months to come.
