Beyoncé’s Legs = Perfection III: B’s Exercise Regime for her Legs Revealed!

I am so excited to reveal that the baddest woman in the entire entertainment industry does the following to get her amazing legs.

To get a tour-worthy body–one that can handle singing and dancing at the same time–the star works out five days a week with her trainer. Those workouts include 100 squats, step-ups and walking lunges (each!).

What do you lot think of Bee’s exercise regime for her legs? I know B is a celebrity and it is her job to look like that, but I am going to make an effort to implement her regime for her leg exercises into my routine.

I have fallen off the wagon a bit but I do want to get toned legs so I will be working hard at this for the months to come.

    Not everyone can afford to have a personal trainer. However, we can all exercise for free! If you want legs like this why not start using some of the exercises mentioned here. You may not be able to start at a 100 squats… You may not be able to do even one squat at first, but that is alright. You need to start somewhere.

    Instead of a coach, grab a friend who will hold you accountable. Make a pact to help each other commit to the exercise routine.

      Crossover? Miss thing was already there with Crazy in Love. B is the queen of singing, no arguments!
